sorry about the english, i am not to steady on the icelandic written language as of yet. (borrowing hubbys name in here)
what is the icelandic word for a spare tyre cover? (for a spare that „hangs“ on the outside of the jeep) and where can i buy one with a nice picture of an icelandic horse on it?
any tips are greatly appreciated
(i read icelandic just fine. no need to answer in english)

Það er að segja, hlífin sem kemur aftan á jeppa yfir varadekkið.

En hvar fæst svoleiðis með mynd á? Ætli þú þurfir ekki bara að láta prenta út fyrir þig mynd af einni bykkju og klístra þessu á sjálfur.
Gæti samt hugsast að þetta sé til útí ameríkunni, þeas saumað úr leðri eða gúmmí eða eitthvað. Nema þú sért að tala um plasthlífarnar (eins og eru t.d. á Pajero ef mig misminnir ekki).

Farðu svo að læra að skrifa á íslensku, setur 99% af gömlu körlunum hérna inni á annan endann við að koma með þráð uppá "úgglenskuna".
Gott mál samt ef þú skilur íslenskuna vel, það er strax byrjun.

are you thinking about soft cover or plastic hard cover?
first off what is the spare tire size? i’m not sure if anyone is selling these covers or have in stock but you can always go to the trucks dealership here in iceland and buy plastic cover and then find a paint shop that can paint the cover and then airbrush a picture of the Icelandic horse (or just a picture of your choice for that matters)also you can always put in a ad on this website under "auglýsingar" and check if someone has got a cover in his garage, it’s worth a shot.
